Your subscription
Big Spoon Pro is billed by Apple, so Apple handles changes and refunds.
- Cancel or change plans: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your plan renews and you won’t be charged again.
- Restore a purchase: on the subscription screen in Big Spoon, tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
- Refunds: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
One subscription covers everyone in your household, so the people you share with don’t need their own.
Sharing with your household
Your household shares recipes, the meal plan and the grocery list. To add someone, open Settings → Household and send them your invite code. They enter it under Join a Household after signing in.
AI features
Little Spoon, importing recipes from links and photos, and nutrition estimates use AI. They only run if you allow it, and you can turn them off any time in Settings → Little Spoon → AI Features. The rest of the app works the same without them. Our Privacy Policy explains what’s sent and to whom.
Your recipes and data
- Export your recipes: Settings → Export Recipes saves them as a spreadsheet.
- Download everything: Settings → Download My Data.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete Account. If it’s just you in your household, your recipes, plans and lists are deleted with it. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription, so cancel that with Apple first.
